Juniper Primary School, Edinburgh

Juniper Primary School in Edinburgh provided Plean with the opportunity to manufacture something slightly more interesting and challenging in Precast Concrete. Manufactured in white marble based concrete & acid etched, the panels consisted of a series of connected designs relevant to the local area. The designs were created by Tassy Thomson, designer/sculptor and partner of Rattlin Boag, a company specialising in the design and build of public space, including education.

The panels indicate the innovative nature of Precast concrete and its beneficial impact upon the end user.
