The Veneto Villa
Plean Precast were involved with the original supply of Cast Stone for the Veneto Villa back in 1989/1990.We were then asked to supply material for two wing extensions with the remit that the stone must replicate the original details as well as being aesthetically compatible with the fifiteen year old stone.
The original cast stone was produced using the semi-dry method whereas the new cast stone was wet cast with an acid etched finish.The main reason for this was the fact that a large number of elements were structurally reinforced.
